when i was not dyeing and spinning this weekend (still working hard to finish this order) i was researching san fransisco. here is a photo of "the painted ladies of san fransisco" - a row of colourful victorian homes. very delicate compared to the rowhouses of downtown st. john's. and here is my "painted ladies" yarn.
