march 1st was lamb-like. hot strong sun in the cold air. everyone was outside. marilee and i took the dogs for a good walk around the pond. keith snowmobiled into the lewis hills. soaking up the vitamin d. today a strong spring storm...ps. update on skipper. he's hanging in. i'm calling him skipper 9-lives. last week i thought it was definitely over for him, but once again he rallied and seems quite alert and involved this week. i'm hoping somehow he'll be able to let me know when he's ready to go...
