although yesterday we had a snow storm (yes, i know...) today feels like spring to me because it's my last day of teaching. (i teach a 3rd year stage craft course (art basics) at the university every winter semester). i always have mixed feelings on the last day. elated because i'll have more time for my other work, but always sad because, having such tiny classes (this year it was 5 students), i get

Yuck, more snow! I've been hearing all about the hard winter from my cousin in St Johns. We have had mountainous mounds of snow here in S Ontario too, but it's rainy today so the mounds may get a little smaller.
