as i waited for the birth of my grandson these past few weeks, this is the piece i was working on. i finished it last night. "unfurled" is about spring. and new life. i'll be submitting it for the newfoundland and labrador craft council's upcoming annual member's show.

Whoa, Shawn, that's so great. You're such an inspiration! I've been packing up my ancient doily collection to take to CA with me in June, hoping for time to play with them there...maybe a duvet cover...at any rate, you're giving me hand work envy. Keep up the good work. XXX
